Plants, pots, and fountains from more than 600 vendors crowded the recent Independent Garden Center Show in Chicago. Guess who took home a rather large Blue Ribbon for Best of Show? California’s own Woolly Pocket company, makers of flexible plant containers to create vertical or horizontal gardens. And vegans, don’t be sheepish about using these products—the woolly component is made from recycled plastic bottles.
