Napa Valley’s Molly Chappellet produces elegant books about landscapes. One of her best-known volumes is Gardens of the Wine Country, co-authored with Richard Tracy (former garden editor of the Sacramento Bee, and now a Nevada County resident).
Molly’s new book celebrates LongHouse, the highly imaginative East Hampton sculpture garden created by famed textile designer Jack Lenor Larsen.
The Garden Conservancy and California Home + Design are sponsoring her presentation with Jack Lenor Larsen at the de Young Museum in San Francisco, on Saturday, November 20. Reserve early to hear the story of this unusual garden and the renowned artist behind it.
