The village of Bratton Fleming (yes, I’m crazy about the name) is a role model for sustainability. Watch the BBC video or read the story about their compost for cash scheme. Compost really is “black gold”.

A tip of the sun hat to Rob, my favorite Dordogne innkeeper, who sent this story along.

whatever

Delaware Online—-Delaware has some very large compost piles indeed.
