Fly away to see the daffodils

Ironstone Vineyards in Murphys (east of Stockton and straight on till morning) is a Never Land of daffodils this time of year. Thousands of daffs shine along the country road and in the vineyards, with labeled varieties bursting out of half barrels at the winery itself.

See hundreds more flowers indoors at the Mother Lode Daffodil Show there, the weekend of March 17 & 18.
