Start Mother’s Day weekend right, with an exhibit of gardeny art and a presentation about international garden design, Friday, May 6 from 5-8 p.m. in Grass Valley at Artists Studios in the Foothills workspace and gallery.
Exhibit features multimedia art, including noted landscape painter Phil Brown. Master Gardener Lynn Lorenson will speak about “Gardens of the Spirit”.
Feeling refreshed already, aren’t you? All this in honor of the upcoming Soroptimist International of the Sierra Foothills Garden Tour the weekend of May 21-22 (I had a preview of the tour gardens and you must go!)
